Correct?

With an appraised value of nearly 90 grand, I find it hard to believe that 65k is over priced. Not to mention tons of upgrades since the survey..

How does a survey's value reflect what other people are asking for their boats?? If the survey suggests $90k, but you can get newer boats for less money, then the survey isn's very correct.

So I guess that an 02 Ferrari that has been sitting in New Orleans for the last 4 months would have to be worth more than a 2000 model thats' been garage kept, I mean, it is newer.

Hell, I was ready to step up to a 38', but not if I have to give this one away to do so. Might as well order some Pro-Chargers and have some fun.
P.S.
book value on my 93' Mustang was $4500. I sold it for $43000.
