Optima Blue Top Battery
 

Will a Optima Blue Top Battery fit in a stock 29 Fountain Fever group 27 battery holder. I really don't want to replace the battery holder unless there is a holder that will line up with the existing mounting holes already in the boat.

The way the posts are on the optimas they will hit the box. I imagine that your box mounts to the string like mine does??? I bought Get Real Stringer Plates and then EMI Battery boxes to hold the batterries. The EMI boxes will bolt directly to the stringer plates and work perfect. I bought the set-up off Outdrive Exchange & Performance Marine, they set me up with a great price maybe they can help you out, 623-693-0470
