Fountain wiring question
 

I'm almost done wiring up my new dash.

One small problem... the label fell off of one of the wires. Process of elimination leads me to believe this is the wire to the ignition coil. But i'd like to verify that before i hook it up.

It's a purple wire, coming through one of the connectors right next to the large red wire coming from the battery.

Can someone confirm whether this is the wire to the coil?

Just checked mine since the dash is in the basement. With a continuity tester, 1 end to that purple plug contact, other end of the wire goes to the kill switch, then back out of the switch, to the ignition switch.

goodt, do you have a dash diagram of a 98 twin engine fountain changed from trips to twins and have extra red wires
