Long bolt threw the middle after you remove the wheel

I got the nut off of that, but the 1 of the 4 chrome nuts holding the helm on
goes up into the unit itself??

Are you keeping the CRT or getting rid of it?

Getting rid of it. I like the trim on the throttle.

If you are talking about the metal hub that slides on the steering shaft?? Its a *****, you need a steering wheel puller, set it on there and then hit the bastard. Seriously I couldn't get mine off and I got so pissed that I smacked it with a wrench (while the puller was tight) and it flew off :D I think Fountain really tightens them up.

Are you talking about the bolt that goes into the dash panel at the bottom of the CRT unit?

Thats the one. I have been told to use a steering wheel puller! Will try that next week!
