Well got the boat out of storage and took it into Double R to get ready for the season, very excited. Also got a new tow vehicle, works great, 2006 Ford F-250 diesel.

Anyone else in the north country getting geared up?
lets see some pics.

You're in Wisconson, your boat will last 10 times longer!!!! Oh well, it beats shoveling the driveway!!! HAA HAA

But hey with all the Manatee zones around here, swimming pools included, I should be ok on the engine wear. :evilb: :evilb:

I had my boat out for a ride 2 or 3 weeks ago. I didn't have half the upholstery in, but i got out on the lake! Wearing a hat, gloves, and a carhartt jacket

A 35 seems like a good sized boat...but what is that thing next to it ?

the thing next to it is a 46 Skater supreme with 850 Diesels. It has a full cabin and everything, absolute monster! Can't wait to get out on the water.

Hey Pull My Trigger, where are you on this thread, thought you would have already been on saying that you have been boating already!

Re: Summer is coming!

glad to hear you are busy and by the sounds of the size of the shop, you will have room for my boat next winter!?!?!?!? :drink: not taking it to FLA, they want an extra $1000 for a couple times usage, not worth it.

you going to do Raymonds run on the 10th of june?

double r is sending my trailer in this week to be completely re-done, going to cost about $1200, so i am going with that route. not sure how long i am going to keep the boat so spend as little as possible.

take care

Jay

Re: Summer is coming!

the shop will be pretty full come next fall with the boat, cars and all my junk.......I got stuff all over the country  ......be nice to finally (after 3 yrs) get it all under one roof and in my own yard:cool:

We'll see about Raymonds run.......we have lots of time to see about that......I'll be here! :D

I have new 400hp smallbocks to put in the boat but with all thats going on I dont think I'll get them in until late in the season if at all this year.......when I pull them I want to take my time and re do the bilge all nice and white in the new shop!!.....that will be my first project!!........but I want Raymond to install the new motors and set them up........so for this year Im going to run the current (stock) motors.......although Im going to put on the new polished Revolution Marine exhausts......never know I might hit 66mph gps!!!  :drink:
