What would you give me on trade of my 2006 85 hours 38TE Fountain triple 275 Verados, all white so you can choose your own graphic, upgrade electric bolsters, upgrade aux 425 gallon fuel tank with a huge dual 12" screen E-120 Raymarine electronics package towards a 42 Lightning?

I like your boat jonas! It is very difficult to sell because of the power. most people are looking for 500's or 525's in a 35 foot boat. If you went back to stock you could sell it alot better.

its an upgrade,,!! but thats what dealsers sell,, is upgrades,,,, its not a 496 slow package if i wanted that i may as well have bought a 22 ft rienell with 6 cyl,,, :drink: so i should take the 575's out and put 502's in it??? that sounds really lame,,, :rolleyes: lets take a bad ass boat and turn it into an overpriced economical turd?? :eek: :D no way no how.. you are selling chit with ilmors,,, thats not stock.. :eek: only reason i am saying this si due to you called me,, i didnt call you,, :drink: let me know if you start selling boats that haul tail :D |

You are 100% correct. I know a guy who just turned down $140K for his 2002 35 lightning with 575's. Right or wrong people will pay more for a bone stock boat. |

Mild power ALWAYS brings more resale. Fact of life. 10-1 525 vs. 575/600 boats sold.
