Is it just me, I am unable to search the forums for the boat cover threads,

go to iboats.com and look at the Carver boat covers. I bought mine, like factory cockpit cover, semi custom 42 for 450.

They will send you samples if you're not sure what kind you want.

I had the sunbrella kind for the 35, was double the cost, heavy and not waterproof.
