Re: 35 Lightning
Sweet.

Re: 35 Lightning
I'm prettysure this is the same boat that was on the market a few years ago when I was shopping. I heard then that it ran somewhere north of 120 mph. Was claimed to be a very clean boat.

Re: 35 Lightning
I hope there's like six bilge pumps...she's gotta sit pretty azz-down! Like a 32 or worse.

Re: 35 Lightning
That's nutts! Talke about a crowded engine compartment. I'd still love to go for a ride in it.
Hey Rippem, I bet that thing floats faster than your boat. :drink: |

Might not be that bad. MV's 35 would be about equal in engine weight, the diff would be the #6 vs the bravo setup. The trannies would push some of the weight foreward. Probably no worse than a couple soaking wet fat chicks on the platform. For the money I should buy it just for it's educational value alone. [WINK, WINK] (computer chalenged version) |

Re: 35 Lightning
That is a very obscure boat. Very short hull for that type of power. 6 drives will help some with ride and handling. I bet at 120 it is a handfull though.

6'6 won't even fit in a 47 :evilb:
You'd have to go to the 65 Sport Cruiser :D |
Re: 35 Lightning
No, I fit behind Driven1's 47 Fountain helm.

Re: 35 Lightning
Showing that FINE Fountain re-sale value!! (Just busting! :D )
Ragged would need MUCH more then a 7 day auction to buy anything! Maybe if it was a 7 month auction..... Dave |

Re: 35 Lightning
Not sure it was actually sold based on the seller's ID and the winning bidder's ID - "World1960" sold it & "World7760" bought it?
