Welcome, have fun be safe. Oh yeah, get used to people telling you your boat is sinking. Everyone who has owned a 32 has had it happen to them. The first time it happened it scared the $hit out of me. :D

A Fountain on the Columbia River!!!??? I'll tell my dad to look for you! Question: are they strict on noise there? I grew up there and that fat fuk in the Benton County patrol boat just loved messing with anyone!!! And I mean anyone!!! My dad still lives there and I was hoping to give him a ride while he was down here, but I have some "issues" and I've been waiting on parts. I'm pretty bummed I couldn't get him out. :( Next time hopefully....

Yea.....benton county ticketed my buddy with an eliminator and 525's last year for noise. Guess we'll see what happens next summer...no mufs on the fountain. Tell your dad to look me up.....it's the only fountain I know of in this part of the state!

Well there's only one Ray Mandigo in the country I believe. He's retired but he is still involved with Water Follies. He sets the course these days, but used to work the rescue pits. In fact, he built and designed 4 out of the 5 aluminium rescue sleds. (He doesn't want his name associated with the 18 ft one, the rest are 20ft long). Lately he's been out at ORV dealing with the Sprint Boat Course's irrigation system. I'm sure next summer I'll get a call about a Fountain on the river from him. I'll tell him to go say hi. Can't miss him, he's an old, fat, happy man! :evilb:

I owned the boat, bought it from Fountain without engines, drives ect. Bought 572s from Troy Dennis and had nothing but problems. Spent close to 30K with Joey Griffin having him go throught them from top to bottom. Ran awsome from then on. Traded it to them for a 35 with 525s. Awesome acceleration and runs high 90s at 3/4 throddle. Boat is a little bow heavy as I had the light weight Deculite hatch added and with the aluminum heads and intakes I figure it lost 300 pounds out of the engine compartment. Be careful running it in sloppy water as I always felt it would bow steer. Even tried adding 150 pounds in the rear, still ran over 100. Good luck with my x-baby. Roger Ausley Graham, NC
