Thanks everyone Its a 24 Fountain CS 502 with little bit of work done to motor. It was my brothers boat and it was his baby. So when he passed away this year and the family went to sell it I took one guy out in it for a test drive and couldn't stand to see someone else get and probably just rag the heII out of it. So now it is one of my babies.

It is stock bottom end with Dart iron heads couple other small little things and Joey Griffin dynoed and retuned the comp Jan of this year running a 28 4 blade looking for a little more power on motor.

I just have to get the shope built to put his GN in. Nobody will touch that car if I can help it. I don't even want to drive it but I am not going to stand by watch someone else drive it or race it. Everyone knew that was his. The sheriff (good friend of his) excorted us at his funeral, and he even said that it was the first time he had ever been in front of that car, any other time he was behind it. At the funeral I revved on it about ten times and let the waste gate flap like he used to do with it when he would pull up. When I got back out of the car I looked around and all the Highway patrol and Deputies and close friends had tears in their eyes. I miss him and the good times we had. We lived together by ourselves (except for some girls that came and went) for the last 6 years.

Yea its kinda sad how slow my boat is compared to a 4_' Donzi or Baja with triples or boats like that. But just imagine if I spent 1/3 of what they have on this boat how fast it would be. :D

And for the Beak joke you know all women love a good deak I mean beak. :drink:

Sure a 40+' rig with snortin blower motors will stomp your boat but I'd take a CS with decent power any day over a Blaja or Donzi of the same size. That little boat is VERY respectable.

If any one has March 2004 issue of Hot Boat Magazine I would gladly purchase it from you. It has the Fountain race coverage from Washington in it and in the pic of Rio Roses boat me and my brother are in the back ground on his boat with some friends and a buddy in my brother old 2000 Baja Hammer.
