42 Ex Price
 

Was flipping through PBM this morning and I was surprised to see that Shorgren had a 2006 or 2007 42 Ex with 600's listed for $229K. Is that right?

Raymonds has an 2006 with 496s for $255K and a 2007 with 525s for $289K. (of course Charlene starts at list and works up from there:eek: )

If you can pick up a new 42 Ex for $229K with 600s that's a heck of a deal in my opinion. I'm pretty loyal to cigarette but that's also half the price of a 39TG.

Now if Fountain would bring the price of the 42PR in line, I'd have to consider one again

VonB, I think that was a used boat 2006 with all kinds of paint. It must be gone, it is not on their web site.

Just spoke with Scott Shogren about that this week. He said the 07 new price sheet has about a 20% increase in price across the board.
That's gonna suck for the people that want to buy a new boat.:(

That's pretty rough..in 5 years the price of a fountain will double. Wish my salary did that every 5 years.

I'd do a trade on my 06 38TE in a minute for the Cold Fusion boat...but my local Fountain dealer will not do any warranty work on Fountains not purchased through them...too bad...just can't get deals like this in Forida!

With people and fuel they are running mid 80's. Add shorties and 31' 6 Blade Herrings, high 80's.

One I know of, 42 Lightning, bought from Shogren, with the shorties and 6 blades runs 92 on GPS in salt.
