windshield for 32 fountain
 

I have friend that has a cracked windshield on his 1995 32 fountain. Where is the best/best price to get a new windshield ?????

I would do a search on here under "race fairing". If I remember right there was someone able to cut plastic the same as original. Different tints as well... Good luck

try a local acryllic/plastic shop or sign shop.......Im getting a local shop to make mine.....WAY cheaper than Fountain......bring in your old one......do a search under "Fountain windshields" in this fourm.....its been discussed

Use Acrilico. He made one for me. He has the template for that windshield and sells the whole thing sides bolts and bushings shipped for under $800.

I have a 27. Mine cracked baddd. Went to piper plastic bought a sheet of acrylic for somewhere around 250. Took of the old one superglued it back togethere and used it for a template. I placed it on the new sheet and cut it using a router worked great. Then i sanded all the edges looks good!

Is the windshield identical in thickness?

I have a 35 foot 1996 Fountain Lightning. Do you need the old one as a template?

Lastly, what colors are turned around the quickest? (I'm looking at the original smoked color, purple or clear)

Smoke, clear and bronze are in stock. Purple may be hard to find.

Wrong one. Looking for the the bent edge / pointed type.

are the 27' and the 32' the same windscreen?

Have one fabbed out of aluminum. Looks really cool and you can't break it from climbing over the top.

can you get the complete kit White for a 91 42 Fountain?

Don't know about the main front section, but the sides are different. The 32 is longer.

The 29 and 32's share the same panels.
