What is the best way to cut speaker holes in a 42 Ex ?
What is the best way to cut speaker holes in the back seat base of a 2007 42 Ex ? I am think a jigsaw maybe? The seat base is incredibly THICK. I tried using a Rotozip and it seems to take forever.
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. I am trying to cut the Factory 6" holes to fit 10" Subwoofers. Jackhammer |
Jigsaw or sawsall with a thin fine tooth blade. Make sure you have a few extra blades when you start.

try drilling some holes all the way around the diameter of the hole first and then cut with a jigsaw

I used a jigsaw....it is thick, maybe 5 to 6 inches...2 12's underneath the rear bench. Hits hard, all the ladies love to sit there for some reason
