I did the same thing when the Formula SR 292 came out, sold my order and bought water frontage. Sold the property this year. Looking back it was a great decision. Hope it works out for you.

Man, what a beautiful boat, i am in the market, but just about 75k short on cash.

Wish i could make it happen, maybe next year!!!
