Idle question
 

I just picked up the fountain i posted earlier. it has the blown 502 in it. i dont know if it is the way it is tuned or becuase of a fuel delivery system to the carburetor, but at idle the boat will surge from like 200 to 1000 to 200 to 1000. can this be tuned out? or is that just because of the blower motor?

any help would be great.

You probably have a hot cam in it........dont you like the surge? I bet it sounds awsome.

some of that surgeing can be taken away with a four corner idle air adjustment.
