Gotcha. Just try them both ways and see what works best. When my dad had his 35 Classic I always wanted to try turning the props out cause I hated the way it handled around the dock with them turning in.

Docking does suck with them turned in.

Inward, on a 04, 38 Lightning w/ 525's. 89.7 with 1/2 tanks and 5 people. Working for 90.

My 2001 Classic 35 turning in. Like it has been said many times, do you want top speed or look cool around the docks? My backing sucks!

'99 single step 35, mine are turning in as well. I just don't go wot backwards :D . |
My turn in on my 2000 T/S 35 Lighting and I am going to try them out this weekend if the rain will hold out. I would like to see the differents. I will post if I get to run.

93 42' with twins...spinning them outward.

every fountain turns in. the only ones that dont are non steped bottoms like the 32 c.c fisher. or the older boat's. i have tested at least 30 boats this year alone and have found no significant behavior issues which would arise by changing rotation.
style of prop does have impact however , in my finding's. |
