Was this the boat? I think I remember seeing it last fall. Twin 525efi's right?
I think the dealer was American Performance Marine in Edgewater, MD. 410 area code.. but I don't have the number. |
That looks like it , Do you know if they still have it?
|
Hey where are you on norman i am down there every weekend
|
I don't know if they still have it. I haven't spoken to the guy since last fall some time. Guess I wasn't ready for twins and it was kind of expensive for my first "big" boat. The guy called a few more times through the winter and left messages. I'm pretty sure it was American Performance Marine in MD. If not, maybe fountain can help you track it down. Good looking boat. I bet it was fast.
Yeah, I'm down in Cornelius on Ramsey Creek. Shoot me an e-mail sometime when your heading out, I'll try to catch up with you. -Mike |
That's a Lightning not an Executioner.

My friend has his 2004 35' Lightning w/525's at <CarolinasPerformance.com> in Charlotte, NC. He will take $145,000. The boat is pristine with only 90 hours. It is on their web site. You will like this boat.
Sent you a PM, check it out and get back to me. Thanks |

Duckys has brand new 2007 496's for like 135,000 a steal:D
|
That 05 35 lightning was at American performace marine and is long gone. Sold about a year ago. Viper's 05 was bought new this year and was stored by the selling dealer in the showroom since it was delivered to the dealership so it looks like it just came from the factory. The thing is gorgeous - I know - Ive run side by side with the owner severl times and it is truly a sight. Only 48 hours and everything is perfect. Go get your checkbook.

That 04 LIGHTNING IN COROLINA PERFORMANCE WITH 525'S looks like the best deal for $145:rolleyes:
|
Here is a 2007 35' EX with only 98 hours, it has 496 HO's and they are asking $140,000, but I am sure it can be bought for less. No trailer. Located in Florida.
http://www.yachtauctions.com/detail.asp?stockNo=16172 I bought my boat from them last year, I am in California and the boat was in Florida, the transaction went smoothly and I am satisfied with my boat. Their prices are negotable. I have no connection with this broker or the boat, I just saw it on the internet. |

The 04 Lightning at Carolina Performance is definitely a deal. But for ~$20k-$25k more, someone could buy my 05 with half the hours, 2 sets of props, and a warranty effective until July 2012. My trailer isn't a Myco, but it is an aluminum triple axle trailer with disc brakes.

Sonic,
Was the vacuflush head a factory deviation for your boat. I have only seen porta-potties in the Executioner line. Only the 35 lightnings had the real vacuflush heads. Your boat also sports CMI's too, correct? I have seen the boat in person on the water, the orange interior is a nice complement to the exterior color. |
techman the vacuflush was put in at the dealer per my request.the cmi I took off last week I noticed water where the pipe band is they are back at cmi for inspection.checked to see of any other water in the tubes them selfs clean no problem I think there might be a pin hole in the tailpiece water jacket.

'07 Executioner red hull sides, here in OSO classifieds. Also all red gel '01 Lightning in classifieds also. I also remember seeing a red hull side '02 or '03 somewhere, I think was in Texas and name was Blume Loe maybe. |
