Info on Innovation Engines

I am looking at a 1998 32 Fever and it has twin 500 HP Innovation Engines. I have never heard of Innovation before and am wondering if anyone out there has? Reliability is a crucial issue and I dont want to be working on something all of the time. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

you can't go wrong with inoV. i have never had trouble with any over the last 10 or more years. solid motors.
do a compression check and use a moisture meter on the transom and stringers.......then pull the trigger. a survey may help drive the price down or open your eyes to other trouble.
good luck! over.

if im not mistaken inovation did all the reseal and rebuilds for racers. 500's and 525's were engines mostly done by them being that these weer and are the engines for sv lite and factory classes or the now p classes and such.
no personal experience but you may want to check in the rcers forum.

well built motors.......I had just over 400 hours on mine and are currently down at Ron Potter's being re-built......Ron Potter was with Innovation for years. You can't go wrong.....mine are closed cooled 600 EFI's...................good luck.
