Anyone Know of Joey Griffiths?
 

I am looking at a Fountain with Joey's engines. 640's. Anyone have any info?
Also looking for input on a 47 Lightning. Good or Bad

I have heard about his motors but do not have any first hand expiernce with them. I like troy dennis motors but to each his own. The 47 is a great boat. I believe it is the best looking boat on the water and one of the best handling,only other might be a 47 outerlimits. Fountain #1 ;)

And if you want to know how is motors are, just
look at the Pier 57 boats, the Instigator boat(I think it is called something different now) , and the Fountain super cats. They all have Joey power.
If want a fast Fountain Reggie and Joey are the
men to talk to.:D

Scarab 26, thanks for the reply. I had the name written on a piece of paper and must have got it wrong. The boat I was looking at has (3) 640 HP Joe G engines.I am concerned as to the overall life expectancy of these engines. Thanks Again. Mark B.
