Thinking about putting a whipple stage 1 on my 502mpi. Any help. expected top speed,prop size, fuel system up grades. It's in a 1999 27 ft. lighting.

You should gain between 10 to 15 mph. The system comes with everything you need but I have learned by installing several of his systems is to go with larger fuel line and filter so you have plenty of fuel flow and make shure you botttom end is in good shape.

You probably have a 24 Hydro on your boat now, plan on going up to a 26 or 27 lab. May want to increase your rev limiter, but I think Dustin will reprogram that for you. Be easy on your drive, you are nearing the capacity for a bravo 1.
