38 Fever Forward Bilge

1998 38 Fever . . . and an Aquapalooza related cooler incident that dumped a full load of- thankfully clean-ice water on to my cabin floor. So, my forward bilge pump under the step was not wired up. I wired it up, it pumped. I see nothing going anywhere, so I think it may be dumping into the engine compartment. I put some detergent (biodegradable, of course) in it to see if that was the case- I saw no evidence of the same. I ended up sucking the water out with a shop vac and all is well again. Still, the question remains, where does the forward bilge dump?

never knew that there was a forward bilde pump on a 38 fever........ i think it is supposed to drain into the main bilge in the back via 2 small drain holes in front of the motors..... but still dont know about a bilge pump in forward bilge. if you can access the outlet hose of the forward bilge pump, just stick a hose on it and get someone to look around everywhere and see where it is running out, it could be the hole approximately in the middle of the boat just above the water line?? just a thought

I assume there is a bilge pump up there because of the steps in the hull . . . and I swear I looked everywhere. Now, I was- IN FACT -in a hang over haze . . . :D

I have a 29, and the forward bilge pumps it out on the side right next to where the sink drains out
