Convert twin bolster boat two split

has anyone taken an older fountain with cabin entgry on the left and converted it from a twin bolster set up to two seperate bolsters. Does it block the cabin door real bad?

The cabin door is located in the same place in either aplication I have seen it done 1 time in a freinds 42 looked ok
