If directed towards me, don't believe any of what I typed. It was a photo op. :party-smiley-004:

That's not true.. you play Russian Rouliette with only one bullet in the chamber.

Besides.. you're towing Fountain's at 70 MPH. Who's gambling? lol

Just messin' wit' ya.

Ya I am towing a 27 Fountain on an Aluminum trailer, maybe 7k lbs, with a '06 F250 Diesel with huge 4 wheel disc brakes. More truck than I need for the boat, not the opposite. I would say you need a 1ton dually at least for your boat.

I'm motivated now. :evilb:

Hey how long of a tow is it from LOTO to VA? I've been thinking about the Jamin on the James run. Not sure I want to drag a 47 looks like 17 hours?! Hard to leave LOTO during the summer.

It's the weekend after the 4th of July, if you can pick the boat up on July 5 and head that way I can fly out that would be great. :lolhit:

Used a 2011 Ford 450 King Ranch to pull a 42 . It was a long trip in total comfort . We put the cruise on at 5 over , truck rode like the trailer wasn't there . Unhook the trailer and the truck is fast .
