24cs HOW HARD TO PRO CHARGE?
Hi I have a 96 24cs witha 502mpi in it. I was wondering how hard do you guys think it would be to fit a procharger on there. I knwo there was one on here a while ago pro charged and just wonderinf if there were any clearance or fitment issues. Thanks Danny

I know one that was done . If I remember right the motor was bored and freshened, the pro charger added the fmu was recalibrated and the boat is a little rocket mid 90's I will see the owner saturday.

thanks for a reply, basically i need to know if there are any fitment or clearance issues and did the inercooler fit or did he remote mount it. I appreciate the help.

VERY TIGHT FIT! Actually the unit will probably fit with out making any cuts BUT if you ever want to switch pullies on the Procaharger you will def. have to make mods to the Front wall. This pic doesn't really show to much. I will try to get some this weekend.

Before you jump into a procharger you should check out Vortech. I have been told the install is much easier and the ECU recalibration works better by people who install both. Just my $0.02

I have a procharger on my fountain running 502 mpi's but I am running a Vortech Intercooler because of the room. Makes for a clean installation and gives you a little more access to the front of the motor. Just throwing out a suggestion.
