My question also, sounds like someone has some secrets to share here. Brian Forehand @ Fountain told me short Sportmasters and Herrings back in the spring. I understand a lot of the Herrings done for Fountain have the longer hubs to aid the on plane deal. He also told me the side by side set up can be a little dicey between 90+ and 100, but after that it's on a rail. Mine runs a solid 90+, has run as much as 94 and was solid at that. |

I have a 35 fountain Lightning with twin 575's, all of a sudden last fall it appeared to losse power and was harder to get on plane. it normally would turm 54-550 rpm's and now both engines only turn 4400 rpm/\'s any help is appreciated.
