What size props should be on a 2001 42 Lightning with 575SCI?s, stock XR drives?

I am running 5 blade 29 hydromotive P5X's, seem to work pretty good for me. I think I could have props with more bow lift though. I have 600 NA motors in my 42.

as stated, maybe a good tricked out 4 bld 30. for cruising maybe a 28 maximus.

New Boat to me and has Bravo 1 32's. Read that 5 blades are hard on xr drives?
