Wow this makes me wonder. How do you think a 35 fountain with 700's turning 6000 rpm's would top out at? I would say somewhere in the 128-132mph range.

That's a ton of power for a 35'. I know Reggie's speacial Merc motors in the canopied 35's were smokin fast when they raced back in the day. Not sure what kind of numbers were ever recorded with them but they had to be moving.
