We were putting our Fountain in at the same time as they were on Thur. at Jax, I talked to the owner for a while. He said the performance report from Fountain said 119 mph.

Nice! Makes you wonder what it would run without the de-tune job.

The boat is in our showroom for first oil change and six drive break in service. It will be here until next Friday if anyone wants to stop by and see it. Ran 125 before bump stops put in, runs 117 full of fuel and people.

The boat runs great at 117, after that, you need to be on the wheel.

What do you mean by "bump stops" ?

Some how I dont think they are the same as Nascar mandates on the front of the Sprint cup cars.

Prolly somethin similar to what's on the tabs on my 32 fever.... Only let's them go up so high

I was going to guess that it was something they put on the throttle cable to keep it from going WOT. You really wouldn't want to change to actuall tuning profile in the engine and make it run any different than it came from the factory in order to avoid any warranty issues.
