Default Anybody know this 47 Lightning For Sale

Anybody know anything about this:
http://ads.boatboss.com/203_Sandusky...l_Edition.html

I have been watching this boat for over a yr. now, I think. Last yr it was over $200,000 and now under
$140,000.
A 47' with 575's in it and know body bought it yet. 7yrs old and only 175hrs. When was the last time it was in the water?

I know triples are not the most popular right now.

If there is good history behind this one, it is really starting to look appealing.

Probably just the triples and gas no longer being $1 a gallon. 3x575 is about 180 gallons per hour... $700 per hour is a lot for fun.

And then comes the maintenance... Ouch!

I mean, I so nearly wrote the check, seemed like SUCH a good idea at the time. Glad I didn't.

Who runs around at WOT. Not me. Cruise (40mph) 2 miles to the sand, sit most of the day, short afternoon cruise and done for the day. Total of 1/2 running time for the day.
But WOT would be awesome when desired.

Maintenance: I do all maintenance work every year $300/eng
Remove lowers and service every other yr. $300/lower
General maintenance is only about $500 more than with the twins.
Any major repairs/expenses can defiantly add up to a lot of coin, but that is what we pay to play.
