X dimension as reported on FPB performance report
 

Does anyone know how to convert the measurement shown in the performance report to the distance between the hull bottom and the prop axle?
My perf rep shows "19" (27 fever with Bravo XR).

I did some homework on my own question.
Assuming (but is that correct?) that the X-dim shown in the performance report (19) is meant as the distance between the engine crankshaft and the bottom of the hull, I checked the Mercury drawings of Bravo X.
By the way, I coulnd't find the Bravo XR drawings, but I guess there's no difference in dimensions (again, is that right?).
Now, the distance between the engine and the prop shafts according to these drawings is 21" 13/16.
Therefore, unless I'm missing something, the prop shaft should be (21 13/16 - 19) = 2" 13/16 below the hull bottom.
I know there are many experts around here who will smile at such a basic question, but I'd really appreciate if any of them could confirm and/or correct my figures as appropriate! :drink:

I think the X dim measurement is from the bottom of the hull to center of prop shaft/nose of lower unit. on my 2001 Fever w/500efi it was 17.5" GPS 74.

Funny thing is the X on my boat is the same 19". Measured a little different, but the same.

"Your" 19 is also measured as the vertical distance between the crankshaft and the hull bottom below the drive I guess.
That's just not the "absolute" bottom of the hull because that's in the middle, or am I missing something?
...with apologies if my terminology ain't perfect, but I just get by in English...
