Price seems more than fair, the 27 is a nice boat

I think you will find you need to do some repairs or lower your price. The cabin door?? at the very least paint it, maybe some interior work, and I would take a pressure washer to the bilge. Keep in mind a spotless 27 w/ like 750 hp sold a few months ago for what your asking and it was showroom, from inland lake in SC.
