steering question

I have a 04 fever 496 with Latham steering . It is very hard to turn the wheel at idle making its dock manners pretty bad . Anyone else have this problem or idea for a fix ?

mine operates with ease, possibly check fluid levels.

Is it a full hyd or an add on system?

Full hyd is finger easy
Add-on is harder at idle rpms

Full hydraulic system , i think it is stock from fountain ?
