Default Contacting the Factory

I've been trying to get a call through to the factory to talk to the engineering department regarding some technical details, but am having limited success.

Does anyone have an extension number for any of the guys in the offices there? I'm calling 1-252-975-2000, but have only got past the recorded message once in about 10 attempts.

Thanks.

Thanks! What's the best time to call? I've been trying around 10 - 10:30am their time. (I'm in Western Australia, 12hrs ahead of NC)
