Stress cracks on top deck

There are stress cracks running along the raised section in the middle of the deck on both sides. They originate from the wind shield almost all they way to the front. Is this a common thing or has this boat had some abuse to it? It is a 1995 27' fever

the crack probably came from a non countersunk screw under the windshield (stress on the gel) and tracked down the thicker gel in the valley Probably not abuse
