Looking for a 35 with 600's

Just wondering if anyone has seen a late model (07-08-09) 35 Lightning with 600's for sale? I am thinking maybe to upgrade from my 525's. Thanks.

600 Boat

I believe there are only three out there, 2 in MN and one in NY. It may be more cost effective to sell your 525's and buy a set of 600's.

The 35 with 600's isn't much faster than the 525's unless you do a stage 1 or stage 2 kit. Then the drives!!
There was one in classified in summer new cockpit and cabin nice peice

I think I saw that one too. Anyone have any idea whose boat that was or how to reach the owner?

Just thought I would update JMPH. I now own the boat, thanks again for the help.

You'd be better off going to a 38 or 42 with bigger power. I've run both and you're not going to get any bang for your buck.

Bill,

Do you mean not to bother to go from a 525 to a 600 or with a 600 go to a 38/42?

xcpilot,

Great looking boat. Will let you share the performance numbers to gauge if there is enough "bang for the buck":drink:

Not sure every inland lake or river boater would be better off in a 38 or 42 vs. a 35. Perhaps some late model owners could chime in why that would be.
