Part Number ?

Last summer some debris in the cooling circuit caused my port header of port engine to run hot and burn the rubber coupler from the end of the exhaust header to the thru-hull exhaust fitting on my 35ex. Now it leaks a little while the motor is running. I don't know what this part is called and it isn't in the standard Merc online fiche. Was wondering if anyone had a part number for this item and where I could source one. It just looks like a big black piece of hose (4.5" ID approx) that's secured on both ends by double hose clamps. Motors are 500efis. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's the Kunewson Valve flapper. #0U812 , just google it and you can find it!

Just regular marine exhaust hose, any supplier such as West Marine should be able to supply it, or your local marina. Not a special Merc part, easy to find.

Have you tried just tightening the hose clamps? Sometimes that is all it takes.
