42 Fountain
Obviously this is a personal opinion but we saw an all white 42' Fountain on the water at Traverse City yesterday and that is one of the best looking boats I've seen.
Those hulls just look great in plain white. ed |
Agreed ! I saw an all white 48 Cruiser at Metro Beach on Lake St Clair yesterday. Very nice.
|
They look longer with simple graphics.

I was more towards the parking lot. Mine has the patriot graphics.

My boat is only a 27 but i just painted it all white last week. I love the look. I might add a saw blade gaphic this winter but for this summer i am going all white.

Me too...

I think they are great looking boat regardless of graphics. I like all white just due to the versatility of it and having the ability to wrap it. For about $3,500 I can have my boat 29' re done every year or two for a completely different look.

If I go with paint, I'm having Mitch do a full graphic job, I was hoping it is possible to strip/sand the current stipes off without having to paint it. Go all white for a year or 2 & then go with some new graphics if I get bored with all white |
R D, Your boat looks great...I would not change it. Bill

That's because you have one of the best looking 42's ever produced by Fountain. That boat is is even better looking close up.

thanks......not a good pic of the 42 running beside me but it is one beautiful boat with big power
Pretty sure the pilot can wheel it to its potential as well. |
lets see some more pics of 42's preferably ex's, I'm having Mitcher T give mine an updated paint scheme once the season wines down. :drink:

That is definitely one of the best Fountains I have seen in person. I even took a pic of that boat at the LOTO shootout and have it in my office...great looking boat. If I remember right, I think the boat is powered by twin merc. 700 Sci with #6 drives but could be wrong....
