No Fountain with a tie bar needs a ladder.....string a rope across the cleats, the ones either side of the swim platform....step on the tie bar, grab the rope and pull yourself up.....eeeezeee

Where did you get the mounting bracket? I see the ladder on West Marine's site, but it doesn't come with the bracket to mount it like yours (I have the same boat with triples.)
