Anybody know where to find a lip or have one?
 

Snapped a peice off of my windshiled LIP this weekend the clear plastic peice for an older fever. Where to find one??

Thanks I tried them and have to send them the peice. I think Ill have to wait till after the season to send it in. They told me that was aftermarket but I didnt think so. Anybody that has one let me know.

I have a '94 fever and I cant find a lip anywhere on my windshield. Are you talking about the wind deflector at the top of the windshield? If so...mine is molded into the shield and I can't see how it could be fixed if broken without replacing the whole windshield. Can you post a pic?

Mine is screwed or bolted to the main windshield. Just about any Fountain I have seen has one. But its like you say a deflector.

I had Fountain make one for my 38 Fever with the race fairing - very reasonable cost, I thought. Only problem is they are not drilled from the factory, so you have to do some "fitting and fabricating". Since your windscreen is already drilled, shouldn't be too tough to mark and drill. Make sure you use blue tape on the drill side (helps with the bit walking) and that you clamp it to some material on the other side so you don't blow the hole out in the back.....

Call this guy, local in your area and one of the other Fountain guys from your area says they do great work.
