Would like to here of some of yall's cleaning methods to get that reoccuring funky smell out of the cockpit carpet that keeps coming back. Then again it being 11 years old might have something to do with it too.

Stanley Steamer

Stanley Steamer and a 50/50 water and Downey mix in a spray bottle. Seriously...clean it with a carpet cleaner or if you have one use a carpet shampooer. When it dries spay it with the water and downey miix. If you have some "flat" spots or high traffic spots use a bush to work the mixture in.
