My credit union is at 7.5-9 depending on score/liabilities. Will loan 100% to survey value on a 15yr amortized... refinance every 5 yrs and they write it so you can add it in your taxes.

The best I found was thru a credit union. I tried everyone, it was either to old, not a high enough price, or stupid intrest.
