CandyCorn!LOL
Dan- When are you and your boys rolling up to Grand Haven area? We have a Wedding this weekend and will only be out Sunday. Next weekend I will out Saturday night and Sunday. Then the week of the forth we will all be out beginning Wednesday night or Thursday morning for the whole weekend. Would like to meet you some time. "Pocket full of Lint" finally was able to his boat back together and in the water Saturday. From here on out I am going to be using my boat every possible moment I have. I did install your Speedo in the new boat, that was, along with a small stereo system, my big upgrades. She is a runner though, I'd like to take you for a spin! Midnight:cool:

MIdnightRider,
CandyCorn! That's the only stuff I don't sell. I'll take you up on that spin. Knowing me it will probably be an expensive ride. Fivefootitise!:D Spell check should love that. I hope to get up to the Michigan side in July. Work is still killing me. This week is extremely busy and I'm going to the Buffet concert on Thursday. I'll be happy to get the boat out just one-day over the weekend. What's the new baby look like? You know the drill, H.P., size, colors and of course pictures! Inquiring minds need to know! :D Dan |
We should try for Coast Gaurd weekend, that's always a blast. All you need to do is show up and we will be sure you have a spot to tie up. It is a good bet we will raft off the board walk there, its free, a good party, but no power. The second weekend is the best. And as far as the new Fountain, you will have to make it up for a good look, my pictures never download, they are always to big. We saw 78mph on GPS at SOTW running 5100rpm, on flat water, with six people, full tanks, and everyones weekend gear, that was on the first leg. The boat will comfortably spin 5900rpm, so I think it has possiblities to be a very fast boat in good water(1-3's) I was told about 93mph, we'll see. I'm just getting use to it (unlike some who dont know enough to eas into a fast big V, what you dont just throw it to the wood and go, or turn?, LOL). And I would like to keep it together through the holidays. I'm enjoying it, and the knowledge of its speed possibilities keep me content right know. I have spent the last three years wrenching, and I am tired, I'll just lay back and have fun this summer. Besides with those CMI Sport Tubes over the swim platform, it sounds like 100mph in the channel, it is like music everytime it fires. Let us know what you have planned. Kris(fiance') loves the mini peanut butter cups if you come up. ( not to many though, we dont need her getting fat:D ). Midnight

MIdnightRider,
Tell Kris that I've got her covered. I have a 3,000 lb. Hershey order hitting tomorrow amongst all the other show orders I placed. I take it that she probably wouldn't want the Butt Ugly Martian candy or some of the new gourmet Jelly Belly "Vomit" flavored beans. No I didn't make that up. What were they thinking! Send me the pictures and I'll downsize them for you. I'm sure they won't get me in as much trouble as BatGirls picture did. Does this boat have a name and are you going to re-name it? What weekend is CG Fest? Dan |

Chad,
You love them brochure boats. That boat is awesome! The Delta graphics were one of the best "classic" styles. I can't ride in your boat because I can't afford the new one I'd have to buy. You definitely have the right connections for finding super clean boats. How far south do you guy’s boat on a typical weekend? Payton and Eliminator219 hang out down by Wells street beach in Indiana. It would be fun to get a bunch of us together. I'm still deciding on CG Fest. It all depends on work. I want my life back. Dan |
MIdnightRider, very nice indeed.

As far south as we typically run is Sausagetuck, but for an event we may travel. But a good overnighter is fun in the Tuck at like Coral Cables. Coast Gaurds good weekend is the first of august, that will be a blast. But WOTF with summer weddings, I could just start balling right now. Last weekend traverse city( sunday afternoon only in the boat) this weekend muskegon, morning to night wedding friday - saturday, I might be able to get the boat out Sunday. And Kris calls me selfish because I'm pist about the weddings, look at the boat for crying out load, WOTF, it aint no 16' Bayliner girl, the clock is tickin. Dont make me get Pocket Change and his formula for calculating what the boat cost per weekend out. I have overnighted an entire weekend once this year and that was SOTW. Its almost F@ckin July and I am just beside myself. I can see it already, this weekend will be sunny and 80 and I am just going to be sittin around with my thumb up my ass, "Isn't this just a beautiful wedding, actually no, this is a beautiful day, and the wedding sucks because it is ruining a great day for boating", LOL:D , Well I just had to vent. Midnight:cool:

Hey Midnight,
All your OSO buddies are thanking you in advance for a perfect weekend. When we use to do the family functions it was always a guaranteed great weekend for my friends on the lake. The next weekend I'd have off it would be raining, cold or FOG! We decided to say NO! No more birthday parties, anniversary parties, annual barbecues, graduations, house warmings, moving parties, etc... Call me selfish. I work hard and live for the summer. My wife and I sat down with her mom and explained how things were going to be. The first year of marriage we only put 40 hours on the boat. The second year was over 120 hours. Weddings are a different story. You need to go. Quit your whining and know that you are guaranteeing Pocket Change and all of us southern Lake Michigan boater’s some awesome water for the weekend. :p :D :D Thanks, Dan |
