Anyone know this 35 ICBM??

Hi,

do any of you know anything about this boat??

http://www.boattrader.com/listing/20...ting-101434533

It looks great to me, however I think the price is too high... Any history and more info would be great if you have it! Is this a serious dealer? I presume they are without talking to them, but would be great to check it.

Thanks,

Erik

you think for that kind of money they would pull it out of the garage to take a profile pic. Really can't see how it looks w o that.. I saw a red one in the classifieds a while back. I wonder where it went. It was real clean .

That is a nice looking boat, and I really like the power and set-up. Very nice, would be really, really nice for $125K

I like the newer 35's that have the staggered 525 package. I think that is a great package.

Thanks,

yes the red one was advertized for 129.000 USD which is a very good price for a super boat. The 35 ICBMs are like Ferraris on the water! Super fast and stable......

I cant see how they can get the asking price when several 42 Lightnings with 700s and No6s sell for 180.000 USD! A right price would be $ 140.000 in my opinion.

Looks like a good deal a little high but if original owner may be worth it!$$My 02?

the red one from the classifieds here on OSO is still for sale, ad expired, he is a friend of mine, boat is an 07 and yes very clean.
I have an 09 with 525's, 2011 aluminum trailer wiht LED hull lighting, graphics on boat are vinyl and can be removed, 7 blade herrings.........PM me if interested.

Didn't the red one have over 200 hours on it?

Why is everyone trying to get rid of these stag, 35's?

I think its just boats in general. people are not economically as good as they used to be and a boat is the first thing to liquidate as its usualy the most costly toy they have. A lot of people get into these types of boat and factor in ok I can afford a 200k boat or whatever it cost. But then fuel and maint issues come into play and they just cant hack it. Not to say this is the case here, but more often then not that seems to be the case lately.

not sure what the hours on the red one is but you are in the ball park.......the red one is up for sale because the own has a new born on its way and will not be able to do run around doing poker runs, he lives on a small lake and owns a 25 talon, deck boat, sea-doo's etc for having fun on his small lake.

I have my eye on a couple things, not exactly sure what i am gonna do but would sell.

Your boat looks really cool to me. However, I will talk to my client and see what colors could suit him. I kind of love that one in this thread's first post. Mitcher T. painted boats are always beautiful.

What speeds are you getting with the 35 ICBM / 525 EFI set-up? They vary a bit on speed I think. The red boat did over 104. That is pretty strong! I wonder what would happen with light boost on the 525s... Should be really really fast! Thanks for posting. There are not many 35ICBMs out there right now.

35 icbm

Mine's the red one, it's still for sale. As SWT said the sale has nothing to do with my economic situation. If anyone is interested in buying a nice staggered 35 pm me and let's make a deal. Also over 130 hrs of the 200 that are on it are below 2200rpm, smart craft will verify.

Thanks,

Yamaha 225,When Reggie came out with the ICBM it was always meant to be a red boat,I had the first 33 red ICBM on Lake OZ back in 87 shortly followed by another that was ordered threw the same dealer. So the guy up in Canada has what your looking for http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o43766-en.html and Blume has an older one down in Texas http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o43802-en.html. So if your client wants a Fountain ICBM steer him towards these two boats.
