42 fountain dash panel size?

Im looking to buy a new dash pannel and my boat is shrink wraped so i cant get in to measure the dimensions. It is a 1996 42 lightning with twins, the pannel im looking at measures 29 3/8" wide and 15" tall does this sound correct??

35/38/42 are all pretty much interchangable only diff is twin or trips newer boats (lightning twin steps) the area for the dash is taller) and will accept a larger dash
