Oil temps?
 

My 29' Fever with twin 6.2s has pretty good sized oil coolers bolted on the rears of both engines yet the oil temp gets as high as 280º when the throttles are pushed. Do these coolers get clogged at times? Anyone had experience cleaning them? OR is 280º oil temps nothing to worry about? Cruising oil temp is closer to 200º.

pull the hoses off and blow them off backwards . . . you might have some impeller pieces in there

If your coolers are like mine on 500efis, there is a 3/8 bolt holding a gasketed cap on either end. Pull them, clean all passages till clear. You'll probably be surprised what you find.
