Does anyone know where too get the fasteners used on Fountain interiors? I am talking about the one that are going through the plywood that the bolts run through and then into the side of the boat

If I remember correctly the back seat was not bolted in yet in the pics... I think it was tight on the other side. And the headrest I had a choice of making it tight and having gaps or loose with wrinkles. In hind sight I would have added a half inch of foam on each side of the head rest. |

That boat was a 93 i think..... i would say the fist time you start to feel stuff get soft. Tear it out that winter. The better shape its in when you take it apart the asyer it will be for ya. I think rob will vouch for that
|
Most definately I bought it like this I knew I was going too do this this winter. This is prety much a resto-rescue lol
|
Damn, that wood is nasty.
Be sure to post pics of the finished project. Should be a new boat when done! |
Yes it is bad a few pieces have been redone in the past but it is past time for the rest I hate when things are left too rot luckily the rest of the boat is solid or this wouldnt be worth redoing I will keep pics coming on process starting too template and cut things now
|
It will be well worth it when it's done

If you are referring to the t-nuts, they can be found at Lowe's / Home Depot, not sure if your location has stainless (mine does not).
