How old do you want, I have a 1990 in excellent cond, has original paint, custom built 540 cu. inch Merlin's, Bravo 1's w/ heavy duty gimbals and Hydromotive nose cones, I'll take some engine and interior pics.

I just realized I wasn't very clear on what I was asking, which is power and drive combo. The boat currently has 427tall deck with trs.

cobra 750's speedmaster 4's on boxes. crash boxes. 101 so far. it was a really fun project. drives are a little deep could gain a few more mph but the handling and overall driveability of the boat is worth leaving them down in the water

Here are some videos of my '85 12 Meter. It has Merc Racing 500 HP's with B&M Blowers and some other goodies dynoed at 698 HP with Huber 1350 Tranies, Stellings Headers and SSM #3 Drives. I love the set up so far but still have some tweaking to do. 89 MPH by GPS so far, hoping for a little more.

They all look great, here are a few more of my 1990 Lightning, ready for summer again.

If you need any paint work done, Overlimits on here owns a custom shop off I94 in Harrison twp. He does very nice work and can go as wild as you want. Good luck with your project. Hope to see you on St Clair this summer.

First thing on the project list will be power, and maybe drives. The boat is in great shape, so probably won't be painting much anytime soon, but I will diffinatly keep that in mind when I'm ready. Thanks for the info! Hope to see ya on the lake, look for a 12 meter fountain, has a 12 on the sides. Don't think there are to many older ones out there, but could be mistaken. |

a 91 i put 548 tall decks in this spring. runs mid 90's 650 hp a side. tall decks are tight. the "gil" nameplates were touching on the exhaust not letting me line up the mount holes. and we had to use wedges in the exhaust to line up out back. nice clean old dog tho

253, You got yourself one great Fountain. Meticulously maintained and pampered its entire life with fresh power. The same gentlemen built my "MONSTERS" in my BLUE 32! Real sharp and knows his stuff!! Danny is one of the few that keeps his rig in such immaculet condition in and out, the shine "OLE BLUE" sets off keeps him in ahh every time it comes out
|
Yes he is meticulous, I am keeping this Fountain in as nice or better cond. as he has,, the pics i posted on this page were taken just a couple days ago in my shop, can we see pics of yours, ,,and, I like all the boats shown on here, all very nice older equipment.
Thanks |

Ok, I'm pretty sure I've seen boats out front of that place. East side of 94 and can see it going north? I always look to see if any cool boats are out.

253, If you go to the "32 center of gravity" forum i have pics posted on the 6th page. As you will read in that forum there is a history behind this boat making it the "ULTIMATE ONE OF A KIND FEVER":evilb:
