No more 32 Fever
Did Reggie stop making 32 Fevers?
|
Yeah from what i heard they did stop them. i forget the reasons why though.
|
Believe it or not, the 35 posted a faster speed in a test done by Powerboat a short time back. I will look back and try to find which one.

Someone posted here a while back that the reason they discontinued the 32 was two fold. First because they have a new 35 and still offer the Classic 35 they had to drop the price of the Classic. This made the price of the 32 and 35 Classic very close. Second the 35 runs virtually the same speed as the 32 so they feel the 32 buyers will just buy the 35 Classic. They said it was only around 2K more for the 35 Classic than the 32. In the realm of 100K+ boats 2 grand for a bigger boat that runs the same with the same power is a no brainer.
This is just something I read on this forum. Ron |
Plus the 32 is prone to sinking..............so I heard!
|
Fountain has stopped the 32 two times but it is back in the line up for 2003. Good boat! Has for sinking...That's crap. Something wasn't working on that boat or the owner is up to something.
|
SeaDated, from what was said, while the boat was sitting waves kept rolling on the transom and slowly water got into those two big hole vents on the transom and collected in the bilge.
|
Kings right
Very prone to sinking. It became a very big liabilty to Fountain.

All I know is it's not in the little brochure I got at the plant last weekend and the 35 Classic is now known as the Executioner.
