Wow! your boat looks awesome... love the colors and the race faring/windscreen. Not sure where in Wisconsin your are located but I would love to see it on the water when you get it done!

3/24/13 saw these on ebay.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fountain-SS-...b5eb4c&vxp=mtr $200 50 1/2 x 5 5/16 Above the swim platform?

Default Transom vent plate

I e-mailed the guy and he said it mounts under the transom light and you cut holes in behind where the vents are to let air out of the bilge area. He said that they were on certain 35 models but I have never seen them. He does very nice work, I just bought bilge blower vent covers from him and they are much nicer than the ones from fountain and at a fraction of the price!

There sweet looking but I would worry about water splashing onto the rear motor/distributor

I agree, I would be worried about water splashing in on the distributor.
