Adding fresh water flush to 42 Ltg.

I need to add a fresh water flush to a 42 Lightning with 600SCis and Bravo XRs. It has sea strainers. Any advice?

Just take tops off strainers & put water hose inside strainer, run that motor to flush. Then switch hose to next strainer and repeat.

There should be extra pipe fittings on the sea strainers.
Use this for the flush hoses and run them up to the top liner of the engine box.
They make fittings for attachment to hose.
CP Performance has a lot of plumbing options on their website.

What about boats without strainers. Is there a kit available with all the pieces?

This is a link to what Eddie Young builds for flushing and the pics are of how he did it in my bilge. Give him a call, he can fix you up!
